Over the course of twenty, the Alliance for a Just Society published numerous reports as part of the Job Gap Economic Prosperity series. The reports document the chasm between the needs of working families and the availability of living wage.
Beginning in the Pacific Northwest states, the Job Gap series eventually covered states around the country. The reports influenced Seattle’s landmark $15 minimum wage law passage.
